South bound Lafayette, right lane, just going under Montague overpass, there is a patched, square area that has settled and sunken in enough that it causes my car tire to dip down into it , my car sinks and the frame of my car hits the pavement lip coming out of the hole and a loud BAM! This happened to me Twice! It’s caused fender to have damage on the left driver side!

I don't know if the city monitors this website. Santa Clara has its own reporting form and app called MySantaClara, which is much more likely to get staff attention. I suggest repeating this request there.
