Description

The building has cockroaches and bed bugs, elevators that do not work, hallway carpets that are stained and a front lobby door that does not lock. The paint in the kitchen is peeling, water is leaking from the ceiling in the unit and the kitchen cabinets are falling apart.. unit 1106
