Description

Same two guys, same U-Haul pickup dumping trash. Now at the corner of Ostrum and Stratford. They said - OPR owns all these homes and can put trash anyplace he wants on these streets! OPR is the outfit that wants to build a new apartment house on Euclid.
Nasty landlord. Did the same at 104 Berkeley Drive this morning.
