Longview Lake Dr and Chatam need a continuous sidewalk connecting it to the rest of the neighborhood, and it would definetly make your walks safer.

Per Public Works, the traffic calming evaluation for Longview Lake Drive is complete. The street earned a score of 46.79 points. This is up from the last evaluation score of 42.10 points. This increase in score has moved Logview Lake from 45th to 27th place on the Traffic Calming project list. If the street maintains this current ranking, it has a small chance of coming up for consideration for a project next fiscal year. I have a problem with this analysis. It seems to me it is based upon violation of the speed limit. It does not seem to take into account the fact that it is a downhill blind curve, so you don't need to be going that fast to be a danger to the neighborhood. We deserve a sidewalk or a speed bump on the downhill section for our safety. I can't believe my family being almost hit 2 times does not factor into the equation.
