Description

The contractor doing the Montreal project has Howell closed at Montreal. There are no advance road closed signs so there is no alternative for a large vehicle but to go through. Also one of the workmen driving a maroon Chevrolet pickup license 369 HGE with equipment on the back and a small magnetic flashing amber light on the roof has been backing up from Montreal across Rome and Saunders at a pretty good speed. There is no reason for this guy to back up several blocks.
