Does this sidewalk belong to the city or is it Enel's? You might try contacting Enel. I am pretty sure that they own the bridge over the Pawtucket Canal in this spot.

That's the same Italy-based company that's had the Broadway St. bridge (first just the sidewalk) in disrepair for the last 2 or so years, right?

Does Enell own this? Enell owns quite a few canal bridges in Lowell, don't they? Seems they're not doing a very good job with the plowing of snow on these bridges' sidewalks, either.

Also, is SeeClickFix even valid anymore in Lowell? I thought it was being discontinued.

Correct - City is no longer monitoring this site. Please share the issue with the LowellMa.gov site - see the notice above in yellow. I wouldn't want to read that any more people, especially elderly people, got hurt. ...And, what's this about some company owning a City's bridge? ??? ..news to me...

It's true. The company is based in Italy, I believe, but they have an outfit somewhere around here, too. They've always owned the canals, and thus the bridges over it, at least as far as I've been told.
