Description
Pedestrians must navigate these holes. An elderly man with some vision impairment and a cane fell down last week because of this hole. Also, the caving in of the sidewalk by the fence is bad, and leaves only a narrow strip of actually flat ground to walk over. It has been like this for at least a couple of years, but probably longer.

That's the same Italy-based company that's had the Broadway St. bridge (first just the sidewalk) in disrepair for the last 2 or so years, right?
Would it even be worth it?

I'm leaving this issue open and adding this ...
Does Enell own this? Enell owns quite a few canal bridges in Lowell, don't they? Seems they're not doing a very good job with the plowing of snow on these bridges' sidewalks, either.
Also, is SeeClickFix even valid anymore in Lowell? I thought it was being discontinued.
