Description

None of the ditches on the right hand side of Ford are functioning. Mine floods with every heavy rain. My culvert is pulling apart and damaging my driveway. The water is running down my property and flooding my back yard. Both neighbors on either side are also flooding. Either end on the left hand side flood across the street, and on the Meadows end is chest high on small children
