Description

This is a cyclical issue. The trash piles up. They get reported. It gets cleaned up. Rinse & Repeat. While the area has improved, it's an ongoing issue. Garbage is strewn everywhere across 348 & 346 Liberty. 348 pushes their trash in the small walkway between 348 Liberty and the city-owned property to the north thinking no one will notice.
