Takoma Park's boundary with Silver Spring is in the middle of the street. We as homeowners pay hefty property taxes and state taxes. It should not really matter whether the street belongs to TP or SS- the street should be maintained in a manner that allows one to drive and walk on it. Most of the sidewalks and streets in this section East Silver Spring have been severely damaged by this past winter, and need to be repaired.

Street still has potholes going from 7909/08 Takoma Ave out to Boston Ave. Small patchwork has been done along edges from Richmond halfway up Takoma Ave, major bumps in road persist.

Nothing has been done to fix the stretch at the boundary of SS and TP right
under the "City of Takoma Park" sign.
