Description

The traffic lights for cars coming south down Chain Bridge Rd from Willow Crescent Dr are so annoying. We wait 5 minutes at the red light, only to have the light turn green for 3 seconds. One car gets across and then we have to wait another 5 minutes. Fix this now! We're tired of having to wake up early because of that light!
