I agree. There are always several of them. Looking bad is not the only problem. Depending on where they are parked, they can block visibility. This blocked visibility applies to drivers trying to see traffic, but also homeowners on the block. It could make it easier for burgulars to break in houses that are blocked by these vehicles because a window of visibility from neighbors across the street can be blocked as well.
