these manholes along Arsenal way were recently opened and maintenance was happening. ever since then they make an absolutely horrible sound when cars go over them along the road. I've never heard it this loud and prominent before, and I've lived here over 30 years. There's probably close to 4 manholes specifically the one at the corner of constitution and arsenal. please have someone check to ensure the covers were put down appropriately, thank you.
