Hi, thank you for the response. I'm not sure I marked it exactly right on my phone, but there are 3-4 points that flood consistently in this area. Two are corners at the Spring St and East Lake Dr intersection (the SE and NE corners). The third is the sidewalk in front of 1004 East Lake, and the fourth is the sidewalk in front of 1012 East Lake. Of the four locations, the last is I think the least likely to have a problem.
In any event, I live down the street and would be happy to meet.
