Description

I hope that Lowell has not signed off yet on the Westford St. Paving project yet. There is a lunate shaped blob of Macadam/asphalt on the north side of Westford St. just before Gates St when heading westbound. It seems to be just out of the driving lane, but I have have gone over it with my bike.

We are aware of the asphalt 'blob'. The contractor had already been informed and he said he will take care of it when he returns to do more paving on wednesday night.
