Description
With the construction of the SugarHouse Casino and the new trolley interchange, the right of way, stop signs and traffic lights have become confusing at the intersection of Frankford Ave and N. Delaware Ave and E. Laurel St. . It is confusing for travelers on each street to know when and where to stop and who has the right of way when travelers may proceed forward.

I concur, especially for folks traveling SE on Frankford. I often see people stopped in the middle of the intersection blocking Laurel. Maybe signage stating no turn on red and a wide white ribbon painted across the road would suffice.

As a subsequent voter on this issue, I would like to thank the streets department for acknowledging this. However, the issue is hardly closed when the condition still exists. I realize the person monitoring this service is only responsible for submitting a request, but once submitted, if the condition still persists, there should not be the option to mark this closed.
This is both for the seeclickfix team as well as the streets department.
Thank you.
