Description

traffic light has not been working properly the past few days. The light rotation headed east and west is taken 8-10 minutes to change. When it does change, the timing is very quick, only a few cars are getting through the green light. The turn signal light headed north and south are occurring twice before a single east-west light rotation. Traffic is backed up almost to Hiatus going east and backed up west bound to 145th Ave.
