Very busy intersection, view of traffic on 28th Street is blocked by vehicles both ways. One of these days there will be a serious accident there.

Or you could phone City Hall and ask them about the standards for parking vehicles so that they block the view of traffic. I'm pretty sure there's either a law or a bylaw about it. I remember reading it. I'm just not sure where.
Or get a petition going around your neighbourhood to have that part of the street designated 'no parking'. That would work, too.

Traffic Lights, when co-ordinated, would work well
the problem is P.A. utilizes underground sensors that do NOT sychronize the lights.
that puts the traffic out of time, and creates headaches.
timed lights would work very well
we need more of them
Cause as we all know, P.A. drivers do not understand RIGHT OF WAY!
