I saw this rat in the alley near the Garage of 1718 Madison. The City really needs to make the owner tear down this garage, where the rat problem began.

Service Requests number 424445 and 424446 have been closed/completed; the dead rodent was removed by Animal Control on 07.23.14 and the Health Department subsequently notified Rose Pest Control to inspect and bait the area.
