Description
Truck and boat trailer have not moved from the city street in weeks. Dirt and debris under the tires of both vehicles. Sad to see this area become a wasteland due to the cities negligence on enforcement

"Abandoned" is a legal term to define this category of code violations. Chula Vista Municipal Code 10.52.495, "Parking of recreational vehicles prohibited on City streets except by permit." Recreational vehicle is defined as: "camp trailers, 5th-wheel trailers, boats, trailers, dune buggies and RVs." Permits are good for 24 hours only.
This issue was reported on Feb 23. You responded on Apr 21. That indicates your "fixing backyard" has been a two-month long project. These parking codes are to prevent visual blight and you are in violation.
