7/18/2014 - Libby Hill Park Duplicate Ticket - Thanking you so much for your very important communication with Richmond City Government online. This location has been attended to by Parks Mgmt and they have noted they are double checking this court(s) for broken glass as of 7/17/2014. Currently, Parks Mgmt (20020948438) is also working on the replacement process for the backboards.
