Description

There is a homeless encampment right next to the Lefty Gomez sign by the 80W on ramp in Rodeo, CA. There is trash everywhere and it's getting worse and worse each day, this has been ongoing for the past year. There is another camp tucked in the back right next to the meter lights by the 80 westbound onramp. Lots of trash, blue recycle bins, about 8 stolen Safeway carts are parked on the side of the freeway. Appears as if they are building something. This has been ongoing for about 4-5 months. I watch it every day and nothing has been done about it.
