There are potholes all along Bustleton Avenue from the intersection at Red Lion Road & Bustleton Avenue to the intersection of County Line Road & Bustleton Avenue. So much time and money was spent on replacing the traffic light poles along Bustleton Avenue, but there are so many potholes, and most of these potholes have been in existence long BEFORE the previous winter. Where is the money to fix the potholes in NE Philadelphia!!!
