I have reported this issue so many times and when I flag as missed trash someone named Greg just continued to close the issue - saying old issue - this is not an old issue. The city is not maintaining the pet waste bins along Main Street in the Colonial Hills area. The bins are overflowing - and this is a constant issue / can someone please maintain this area and the pet waste bins. Please. And please tell Greg that he should not just be closing tickets without attention. If this is what the city employees do to public comments it makes this service useless
