Description

Cars cannot exit shopping centers on green light because cars on Germantown Pike are backed up and blocking the intersection. Need signs that say - don't block intersection.

agreed, but if you stop on green to NOT block the intersection, a bunch of cars come out of the shopping center on RED to block Germantown Pike. Add no turn on RED from the shopping center
