If the city has Mandated masks. I have a concern as to who upholds the mandates in their business or restaurant? My girlfriend and I were shopping at Big-y last night and I had counted 8 different individuals not wearing masks at all. Who enforced it? I feel that this isn’t going to help with the epidemic if businesses don’t do their part!!!
