The address is not correct. I live at 514 28th St. and there have been no couches across the street from my building. The background in the picture does not match anything on this block of 28th St. Perhaps it is on 28th Avenue.

Going on three weeks. Now the couch is in the underpass along with a loveseat and other garbage. Don't get it.

We have an army of SCF Pro-Bono reporters. Oakland Public Works has under estimated how good a job the public would do. They what us to report the problem then report the the problems and the failures.
