There is an abandoned RV that has been setting on the road for 7 months, There were 6 homeless people living in it but they all went to jail on drug charges, The RV has all of it's tires flat and all it is now is a magnet for other homeless people and drug users, There is numerous yellow illegal parking stickers on the windshield, no tags, and I am quite sure there is no insurance on it also, but for some reason Metro won't tow it, Go Figure
