Description

the culvert at the back of my property and 912 86th Ave NW is blocked with debris and is not draining the excess rain which is supposed flow down the hill to the river. the pond is now a lake and is infesting the area with mosquitoes and is a potential basement flooding hazard to the surrounding homes.
