I want to bring it to your attention that York street between Bay State and Lafayette has over many years gone from a 2 way street to, being so narrow that now you can't pass two cars in opposite directions on trash day or in the winter when the plows come buy.( I grew up in this neighbor hood since the 80's.) Never mind when cars are parked in front of the multi family or across the street. As you can see by the original granite curb corner of McKinstry Ave and the end of sidewalk peoples lawns have grown substantially into the road. Now with winter upon us I believe the address is 20 York has now put 4 foot markers on the edge of grass to keep the plows from coming near her grass. which once it snows there will be room for only one car to pass again. Can we please get this fixed before winter? And maybe put Berm along that road to keep this from happening in the future? Once people travel from Lafayette to McKinstry they end up in the middle of the road on York, making it difficult for anyone turning into York Street from McKinstry Ave Just google map and see the difference which is worse now as maps is 2016 image But all of York needs to be cleaned up.
