Dear Brandon Merenda,
I am contacting you by email because I was told that your number was not to be given out to the public. Today I was at your Sprint store located @ North Lake, 9335 Center Lake Drive in Charlotte NC 28216 Lot # 140. I was there to purchase a phone, as I approached the counter to get assistance I fell into a couple of your (Pot Holes) that was covered by an area rug. There was no CAUTION SIGN in this area at all. The young lady behind the counter that was working with another customer asked if I was okay. I said no I have just twisted my ankles and then I asked her what was wrong with the flooring. She explained to me that she would be with me in just one moment. As I attempted to move to my left my left foot slipped into a yet another POT HOLE. Which the area rug approximately 4ft x 6ft in size also covered the area.
After this I took it upon myself to lift the rug to see what was beneath it. To my surprise there were (3) three Pot Hole. I asked the young are you guys aware that there were pot holes under this rug and that they were not covered. Miss Towery apologized again and said that she would get the Store Manager. (Mike P). She went behind the door of the store and came back and said that he was not available so she texted him; he stated that he was at lunch. She texted him again to let him know that there was a problem and he texted back. “asking what was the problem” ?
She explained the issue, Mike appeared back in the store prior to my leaving and she asked him to come up front to see me. He did come up front and showed absolutely no concern at all. He did not fill out a report nor did he take my name and he did not even ask if I was okay. I left the store to return to work and presently I am getting ready to go to Urgent Care. I am experiencing back and hip pain on my right side and my right knee hurts tremendously and I am experiencing pain on my left ankle and knee. You can reach me @ 704-293-2365
