The shortcut is between 32 and 34 Imperial Dr. It is on the city map. When the condos to the north were built the easement and path to Imperial were included. I have gone through there with a clippers, but maybe the next time a city worker is in the neighborhood he/she could do a better job.
BTW, the neighbor has been dumping clippings in that city r-o-w.

The r-o-w seems to be for the sewer line. The path is between 30 and 34 Imperial. Google Maps estimated 32, so your worker won't be too far off if she goes to 32.
