Description
Someone is dumping small wood homes all I've r the neighborhood.. There are homeless people living inside dumping human waste on the sidewalk. They are also using a grill to have fires at night. Very unsafe.

Unfortunately, this is certainly not the answer to homeless problem and related issues in the area.

That guy has a good heart and he is taking on his own trying to do fix a problem. However the waste issue should be addressed.
