Preston Morgan, who resides at 8042 Normile cleaned out the property located at this address. He was told that the city limit for bulk is 2 cubic feet and that the amount of debris required he get a dumpster. He refused and stated that he could afford to pay for a blight ticket. Taxpayers should not have to pay the cost of this debris being removed from the City streets, nor should the City resources be abused in this way.
