Description
I notice, how fast cars pass in the Fletcher Street, in Lowell, MA Not slow down sign in the crosswalk, No stop for pedestrian crossing. Is incredibly how this slip from the safety board. Is a park, and school in the premises. What we waiting for, some kid or some human being getting kill for some of this driver that don't have concerns for the life of other persons, including children's? I make a call to take some action about, for the safety of the community and prevent any future tragic. Safety first, please. Thanks

Hello, still today, I do not see any progress in which The Department of Planning and Development and the Lowell Police Sign Shop and the City Electrician've start to install 20 MPH School Zone flasher and school zone signs on Fletcher Street, in the premises we the school, done so many children attend.
Where, Eric Eby (Verified Official) to the date 2014-06-27 reported the following
"The Department of Planning and Development is working with the Lowell Police Sign Shop and the City Electrician to install 20 MPH School Zone flasher and school zone signs on Fletcher Street." "They should be in place before the start of school in the fall."
None of this is to seen to begin. On the contrary, already in start the renovation of the pool which is close to the premises. Notice the four photos taken today 9/22/2014.
Do not take me wrong, that's great! but when take higher priority a pool to the safety of the children and other general public, this is full ridiculous mind!
This pool is more what this closed in the year of what in reality is open, is the reality.
Judge on their own!
I make a call for the second time, to take some action about, for the safety of the community and prevent any future tragic. Safety first, please. Thanks!

It seems to take no action until a tragedy occurs,Then they will see a lawsuit.
