Description

Hello. I already have communicated these problems to Leo, with photos. Regarding the concrete steps, this is an ongoing problem that was reported last year and then again last month and the seriousness of the problem is mounting. Now the cracks are larger and more extensive with some pieces of concrete actually dislodged. Not only is this growing problem unsightly, serious and increasingly dangerous. The second problem are the two dead or dying pine trees in front of the windows of the Condo. Both were severely damaged this past winter, beyond saving. One remains completely bent over. This is a sad and unsightly situation that hopefully can be addressed soon. In general, this area of the complex needs attention. As you know it serves as the fronts of many of our Condos and its appearance should send a positive message to those who live here and those who visit. Thank you in advance for your attention to these matters. Also thank you for all you do to support and enhance our community. Maryann Fallek owner 20 Huguenot Street
