Description

The 400 block of Valle Vista is a one-way street, with entry from Santa Clara Avenue. However, cars routinely enter from Elwood going the wrong way. Although there is a one-way arrow sign at Elwood, the City should add additional signage to prevent cars from entering. There have been a number of close collisions over the years because of wrong-way drivers.
