Description

The first floor apartment is an open drug den with junkies coming and going all hours. Things have been stolen from neighbors yards and vehicles. The owner of the property is John j Lawall who also appears to own several other properties in the area - typical slum lord. They have been selling and doing drugs put in the open. People sleeping in cars and out in the backyard of this property. The wife and kids moved out at the start of summer and thing have only gotten worse. The loud noise and fighting has kept us inside our homes instead of sitting out on a nice summer night. The tenant tried to beat up a cancer patient for his drugs (he died a week later), and now he has set his sights on his widow (also very sick). He calls the cops every time someone confronts him and acts like everyone else is the problem. We have called the cops several times and nothing gets done.
