Description
The very intersection of Park and Beacon streets in Somerville has a patch of roadway that is in a terrible shape. An area of about 100sqft is riddled with decomposing asphalt and potholes.
It would be great if it could be cold planed, and resurfaced to bring it to a roadway standard of a developed country.

Hi,
thank you for bringing attention to this issue some time ago. Unfortunatelly, the potholes were fixed selectively and now it is back to the same state, or even worse. There are quite a few more that opened up and it feels like driving on a coblestone street at that corner of Park St and Beacon. I think a resurfacing is needed there instead of selective patching.
BTW, are there any plans to resurface Beacon Street? I see that the construction has been going on from Inman Sqare to Park St, and further.
Beacon Street itself is in a terrible state and it needs a new top, badly.
Thank you and keep us updated with the plans and progress.
Best!
