I agree 100%! The light is there but not activated.

I can speak for the fact that westbound traffic is often backed up to 75th St. It's a nightmare!

I have issued this same complaint/request and still nothing has been done. This is such a stressful intersection & the turn signal light is there!! Why cant it just be activated??? At least from 7-9:15 am and 4-6:30 pm. There is new home construction east of 84th along Adams, so traffic in this area is only increasing, especially during rush hour. Please fix!!!

The signal at 70th & Adams was evaluated and upgraded with the first phase of the Green Light Lincoln project and all of the left turns were programmed according to the data we had at the time. Randomly giving green time to unwarranted left turns requires taking time from the busier movements which would cause more overall delay cascading along the entire corridor. Signal timing is an ongoing, data driven process. We are re-visiting all of the signals from that project and will make any needed changes according to the new data we are gathering.
