Had Verizon come out. This line belongs to Comcast. The lines for Verizon are in the alley behind our houses not on the street. It is not Peco's line because they are the top lines on the pole. Comcast apparently do not want to bother fixing it. I spoke to them and they actually told me that if they come out it was going to cost ME! I can not believe that they expect me to pay for a line that does not come into my house, and is not connected to me in any way! I told them that I will not be reporting this again. I now will wait until it falls into the street and the entire street resorts to leaving Comcast and going to Verizon!

Nothing has been done. It is a Comcast Cable wire, called them 4 different times and got nowhere. They told me that the only way that they would check it out again is if I was willing to be billed for the call. Not Likely! So it will probably stay this was until some kids pull it down and people call for a loss of service.

Never going to get resolved because the one to fix it is Comcast and they WILL NOT DO IT UNLESS SOMEONE IS WILLING TO BE BILLED! I know that I am not so apparently it doesn't bother them.

Is there anyone with any pull at Comcast??? That is the only way something will get done.
