Please send a health inspector or other Government official to see what a neighbor of mine is up to.There has been trash and construction debris as well as metal and other waste on this site for over a year. Helena May claims that this is necessary because there is construction going on across Witherspoon St on the other property that she owns. The same junk, not revolving junk literaly the exact same junk has been piled up on the property for the last year! I complained by way of Clickfix and the only thing that happened was that the said junk was suddenly covered my tarps.
There has been standing water for bugs to multiply in and for rodents to enjoy.
It is my belief that this parking lot has been leased out to two different construction or demolition companies that have nothing to do with any work being done on site. There was a gentleman there working on his pick up truck last week.
This property is zoned for business not for a dump site.
This has been going on for over a year!
I am requesting that this dump be cleared out immediately and all fines should be assessed.
I tried resolving this with the owner Helena May but she has refused to do anything about it.
We have now had 6 yes 6! flat tires on two different cars in the last 6 months! Too many for it to be a coincidence that we have an large pile of construction waste just feet from our driveway.
Please please please ADRESS THIS ISSUE!
