Description

This event was supposed to end at 9 pm. I normally do not care about noise levels. I respect celebrating the Latino Community. The neighborhood did not get any notice and the event does not need to be this loud. It is a Thursday night, I am blocks away from the event and can still hear it blasting into my apartment with the windows closed. I can't sleep and I need to work tomorrow. I am tired.
