Description

This house was abandoned by it's owners. First the wife left June last year, 2010. The husband remained until Dec. 2010 after selling everything in the home. I've attempted to get the lein holder to secure the exterior door, cut the grass, clean up the debris in the back yard, empty the filth from the pool, and control the rodents. Bank of America has given me the run around about the legality of this property. The wind has shredded the exterior front door. I warned them this might happen. After several attempts calling, and being treated rudely, I hope you can help me with this matter. Before leaving the property, The owner (male) held the neighborhood hostage with drug dealers, users, prostitution, theft, ect. Local police frequented this address for multiple complaints beginning with the wife abuse. Police records are public info. BOP web-site and the Cuyahoga County, Ohio Court records will attest to the past history of these individuals. Living next door has been a living hell, the condition of this property seems to be an extention of the previous owners bullying and harassment of myself and other neighbors. When Bank of America refused me, I cut the grass adjacent to my front yard eventhough this problem is not my responsibility, but the appearence of this community is. Please check into this, thank you in advance.
