The whole intersection of Broadway Terrace and Hermosa Ave up to Buena Vista Ave is like driving through a war zone. Whichever contractors leave the road that poorly patched should be denied permits in Oakland. The city officials responsible for overseeing the repairs should be fired, ground up, and used as fill to even out the road. If the road was never paved in the first place it would be better than it is now. How many tires, rims and suspensions does the city have to pay for before someone wakes up?
