at the SB Old Country Rd entrance to the Seaford Oyster Bay Expwy several large pot holes..

FYI...If pot hole are on the entrance ramp it is New York State DOT responsibility: 1-800 POTHOLE. If it's on Old Country Road it is Nassau County DPW 516 571 6900
