Description

Add sidewalks, bike lanes, crosswalks, etc. to Monroe St. so that pedestrians and bicyclists can get from Governors to Big Spring Park and the rest of downtown. Monroe is the only corridor into downtown between Clinton and Gallatin, and there is not even a sidewalk south of St. Clair.
