Description

A truck evidently ran over the storm drain on S. Terrace Ct. and collapsed the cover into the drain. It is a serious safety hazard in this condition and needs immediate repair. This street is not well lighted and in the dark, it is doubly dangerous. Please see the attached photo. Thank you,
