Description

On 6/6/2014 at 11:02am, I was walking in the crosswalk on 8th and Clement when I was honked several times by a traffic officer. As I crossed the street I looked back at the traffic officer who was now trying to park in the red zone in front of a fire hydrant. I approached the officer and asked why he had honked at me and he replied very rudely "I was in his way and that he didn't have time to talk to me". I asked for his name and badge number. He refused to give his name or allow me to see his badge. I began to take pictures of his vehicle parked blocking the fire hydrant and he later yelled his badge number of #270. I believe his actions warrant disciplinary actions. Please feel free to contact me regarding this matter. Thank you. Vehicle plate number #1028709
