Description

My tap water is once again light brown in color, and it seems to have a fair amount of particulate matter in it. Just arose again today, Sunday, June 1.

Operations and Maintenance will enter a work order to look at the situation. The assumption is that Elisabeth R also lives on Eakin Drive? We apologize for the delay in acknowledging the issue because our system assigned it to engineering and they do not investigate water issues.

A water systems crewmember met with the customer on 6-10-14, flushed the water line, system normal. Advised customer to call 842-1212 if it reoccurs.
